Notes on Villa/Apartment Selection and Room Allocation

1. Number of Villas

When entering the number of villas/apartments, please consider the capacity of each villa versus to the total number of participants.

Examples:

12 participants – MED2, Villa Bonita, or Aloha: You can select 3 units, as each unit accommodates 4 people or - MED3 - You can select 2 units, as each unit accommodates 6 people

14 participants – MED2 + MED3 You can select:

1 unit of MED3 (accommodates 6 people)

2 units of MED2 (accommodate 8 people in total) or

– Different combinations between MED1, MED2, MED3, Villa Bonita or Aloha

2. Single Rooms and Villa Sharing

Except for MED1, where a participant can stay alone in a villa, all other accommodation options consist of shared villas/apartments. Therefore, even if a participant has a private bedroom, they will still share the villa/apartment with other team members.
